Hungarian singer, guitarist,
lyricist and composer
He's 'The White Gypsy' as more and more people call
him. He instictively and bravely blends Hungarian
and Gypsy folk music with modern pop sounds, mixing
the newly found wisdom of old ages with classical
orchestration. His songs are about boiling blood,
romance, love, faith and peace. The passionate dance
tracks originate from the American rock 'n roll of
the fifties, while the ballads come straight from
the bottom of his heart. His honest personality plus
the rascal attitude invite everyone to join in the
fun. Some fall for his looks, some fall for his voice,
some fall for his show, so we can be sure that soon
he's gonna be on the same list with the most important
entertainers of our age.
He was born in a small and poor village in the Hungarian
countryside and spent years in this rural environment
before relocating to the capital. He is known to practice
his bullwhip skills late at night in downtown. He
is a passionate angler. Meditates at least one hour
every morning. He saw Elvis on tv the age of 5 and
decided to pursue a music career on the spot.
He won the audience's prize of a huge Hungarian pop
festival in 1993. Warner Music Hungary relased his
first solo album in 2001.
